Our trained care staff can accompany clients when travelling to GP or hospital appointments, community activities, family visits, or social events. Support is provided to ensure clients feel safe, comfortable, and reassured throughout their journey.
 

Travel assistance is planned in line with the client’s individual needs and mobility requirements and can be provided as a standalone service or alongside other care at home support.
