At home support
Care at home supports clients to remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. At Hillview, we recognise the importance of familiar surroundings and provide flexible support at times that suit each person’s needs.

Our trained and compassionate care staff can assist with personal care, meal preparation, medication support, light household tasks, and companionship, always delivered with dignity, respect, and kindness.

Following a comprehensive assessment by one of our experienced managers, we develop a person-centred care plan tailored to individual needs, preferences, and routines. Support may begin with short visits, for 1 hour once or twice a day, and can be adjusted as needs change.

Services
As circumstances evolve, our services can be extended seamlessly to ensure continuity of care and peace of mind. Support can progress from short visits to include sitting services, two-carer support, overnight care, or full 24-hour care, depending on individual needs and preferences.
Every service is tailored through ongoing assessment and close communication with individuals and their families, ensuring care remains responsive, respectful, and person-centred. Our experienced and compassionate staff provide consistent support that promotes safety, dignity, independence, and well-being within the comfort of one’s own home.
