Taking medication as prescribed is crucial for maintaining good health and overall well-being. We provide medication assistance to help clients manage their medications safely and effectively.
 
Our trained care staff can provide support that is tailored to each client’s needs and medication routine, at times that suit them best. Medication support can be delivered as a standalone service or as part of a wider Care at Home package.
 
We assist clients in remembering and taking their medication correctly, particularly where multiple medicines are prescribed at different times or in varying dosages. Support may be required weekly, daily, or several times throughout the day.
 
To ensure safety and accuracy, a carer will be present to provide appropriate assistance in line with the agreed care plan and relevant guidance.
