Following a detailed assessment, a personalised care plan is developed to ensure clients receive the appropriate level of support for their specific mobility needs. Our carers routinely assist with mobility using suitable equipment such as hoists, wheelchairs, and standing aids, always prioritising safety and comfort.
 

We also provide guidance and support to clients and families to ensure the correct equipment is in place and being used appropriately within the home.
